Our founder, Mr Jaipuria introduced BOPP Films to the Indian market through the launch of Cosmo Films.
Cosmo Ferrites Limited, a soft ferrite core manufacturing company, was established in Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
A second BOPP line was commissioned in Waluj, Aurangabad, boosting the manufacturing capacity.

With a persistent drive to grow and innovate, Cosmo Films acquired Gujarat Propack Limited in Karjan, Gujarat, making it Cosmo Films' second plant in Karjan.
Taking the total number to seven, the plant at Waluj, Aurangabad, commissioned two more BOPP lines along with one extrusion coating line and one metalizer.
The company had established seven extrusion coating lines, five in Waluj, Aurangabad, and two in Karjan, Vadodara.
Cosmo Films accelerated its development goals by acquiring GBC's Commercial Print Finishing business from ACCO Brands Corporation in the United States and commissioning its eighth BOPP line in Karjan, Gujarat.
The ninth Thermal Extrusion Coating Line was commissioned in South Korea.
Cosmo Films commissioned its ninth BOPP Line and 10th Extrusion Coating Line in the Shendra SEZ district of Aurangabad.
We modernised our facilities in the United States, allowing for exports at lower costs to the American subcontinent. Furthermore, the company built two new coating lines in Karjan and Shendra, respectively.
In Karjan, Gujarat, two CPP lines, one metalizer, and one lamination solvent line were commissioned. The company now has ten BOPP lines, two CPP lines, four metalizers, five coating lines and nine thermal extrusion coating lines spread across multiple locations.
Under the guidance of chemical experts, the company began backward integration with its subsidiary, Cosmo Speciality Chemicals. It commenced by making masterbatches and coatings for internal consumption in its film business.
The company then moved into Specialty Chemicals for the Textile Industry, introducing nearly fifty-six new products for textile pre-treatment, dyeing and finishing.
With the launch of Zigly, a one-stop destination for any and all pet care essentials, we ventured into the B2C pet care industry. The company has a physical presence in Delhi and a digital presence across the country.
