SPECIAL WINDOW FOR TRANSFER AND DEMATERIALISATION OF PHYSICAL SECURITIES
In accordance with SEBI circular no. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026 and SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 2, 2025, shareholders are hereby informed that a special window has been opened from February 05, 2026, to February 04, 2027, for transfer and dematerialisation of physical securities that were sold/purchased prior to 1st April 2019. This special window shall also be available for such transfer requests which were submitted earlier and were rejected/returned/not attended to due to deficiency in the documents/process/or otherwise.
